ASPHALT 5
Easy Instalation Tutorial:
1- Download Here the WebOs Asphalt 5 game.
2- conect the N900 to the PC and choose the mass memory.
3- Copy the asphalt.deb that you have dowloaded to the root of the N900. (just open the N900 mass memory and copy there out of any folder).
4- Disconect the N900 from the PC.
5- If you dont have it already instal rootsh from the repositories. if you have it already go to step 6.
6- If you have already installed the Preenv app go to step 7 now. If you dont have it already install the Preenv app. open the x-term and insert the following commands:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install preenv
-It’ll ask you if you wish to continue (Y/n) type Y and hit ENTER;
7- open the x-term and insert the following commands:
sudo gainroot
preenv
cd MyDocs
dpkg -i asphalt.deb
8- exit the x-term and reboot your n900.
Thats it! You have now installed the full version of Asphalt 5 WebOs game in your N900
Have Fun
To Uninstall it just remove in the app manager just like you woukd remove any other app.

1. Whean game is launch the music is play but the screen is black(the vidio don't show)...
i tuch the the phone and the screen apeers (the menu of game)
2. after theat menu of the game it's working well but how even i start the race the game it's loading and after theat is quit automatly...
PS: I have to say theat the over games instaled from your blog it's working well but asphalt not :((( i don't understand why....

Hello Iacob. try to uninstall the game from the app manager as you usually uninstall any other app. then see if you have suficient free space in the "available memory for apps" (in definitions). if you dont uninstall any other app and then reenstall the game again. about the black screen in the beginning its a bug, so you just need to touch the screen to pass trought that to the main screen. thank you.

hello sir the game asphalt5 runs great and feels great but the only thing i`am having problem with it , is : I am unable to save the progress of my carrier mode in it. I have uninstalling and installing it again but still it does not seems to make much difference after i also did this but?

ResponderEliminarI had a problem with the asphalt game I thought it was because I had installed it via an ipk file manually before it would start and then just exit like someone said above ... I delete all the installed folders manually from the previous install I also uninstalled the app from app manager since I had installed the .deb over the previous game... I then installed it again but this time I didnt run preenv just root then dpkg -i asphalt.deb now my game is running fine ....... not sure if this is the right way to do it but it worked for me :)

the opening is fine but when it comes to the menu sounds and playing it just has no sounds at all...was just wondering if you know whats going on...i have followed every step not just here but in other places..many thanks!!
