1- Download Here the WebOs LETS GOLF game.
2- conect the N900 to the PC and choose the mass memory.
3- Copy the letsgolf.deb that you  have dowloaded to the root of the N900. (just open the N900 mass memory and copy there out of any folder).
4- Disconect the N900 from the PC.
5- If you dont have it already instal rootsh from the repositories. if you have it already go to step 6.
6- If you have already installed the Preenv app go to step 7 now. If you dont have it already install the Preenv app. open the x-term and insert the following commands:

sudo gainroot
apt-get install preenv

-It’ll ask you if you wish to continue (Y/n) type Y  and hit ENTER;

7-  open the x-term and insert the following commands:

sudo gainroot
preenv
cd MyDocs
dpkg -i letsgolf.deb

8- exit the x-term and reboot your n900.

Thats it! You have now installed the full version of  LETS GOLF game in your N900

Repositories - Nokia N900

To Enable the repositories Extras, Extras-Testing and Extras-Devel in the N900 Just follow excatly the next steps:

1 - Go to the App Manager
2 - Chose Aplication Catalogues
3-  Insert the following information for each repository you want to add.

 

Repository Extras.

 Extras is a repository where they are applications that are tested properly and compatible, with a perfect functionality.
If you erase this repository you can return to install it. In applications manager we create the catalogue with the following information:

• Catalogue name: Extras
• Web address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras/
• Distribution: fremantle
• Components: free non-free

Also you can do click here on your N900 to install it automatically.

Repository Extras-Testing.

This repository adds manually. Extras-Testing contains the new applications that have not yet been tested and verified.
In applications manager we created the catalog:

• Catalogue name: Extras-Testing
• Web address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-testing/
• Distribution: fremantle
• Components: free non-free

Also you can do click here on your N900 to install it automatically.

Repository Extras-Devel.

This repository also adds manually. In Extras-Devel we find applications in the early stages of development or version “alpha”. This repository is the least indicated for the end users, since its operation can have too many problems. however there is a lot of apps that you can only find whit this repository.
To install the repository Extras-Devel we are going to applications manager and created the catalog with the following information:

• Catalogue name: Extras-Devel
• Web address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel/
• Distribution: fremantle
• Components: free non-free

Also you can do click here on your N900 to install it automatically.

Documents To Go N900 Unlock

  Documents to Go; ACTIVATION

 

 

Procedure for the FREE activation of the Documents To Go:

1. Install the Documents to Go available in the no App Manager;
2. Acess Documents to Go whit internet service turned ON;
3. in the camp Registration Number, digit 0000000-0000 and click in activate;
4. It will return a message that the number is incorrect;
5. Click in back;
6. Dont Deactivate internet service; 
7. Digit the next Registration Number: 09466930-9296 and click in activate;
8. Digit this Activation Key: 3274-9000k3c35k49.

 Thats it. if you followed exactly this instructions you should have the DTG fully unlocked.

SYGIC N900 cracked

SYGIC N900 cracked  INSTALATION TUTORIAL

 This tuturial explains the easyest way to install the complete version of SYGIC mobile maps 10 in your N900, whit the most of the Europe maps. The version is fully cracked and working 100%.

 Just follow EXACTLY the next steps:

1- Install the app rootsh from the repositories in  the N900.(in the n900 go to the aplication manager and downloads).

2- Conect the N900 to the PC whit the USB cable and choose the mass storage mode.

3- Download Here the link of the Sygic mobile maps 10.
 Download the SYGIC mobile maps 10, and then unzip the files to the N900 root. (just unzip it to the N900 icon.)

You should see the next files in the N900 Root.

4- Download the Map or the Maps (in the end of the tutorial) you want to add to the SYGIC mobile Maps.

5- Unzip the Map to the Maps folder. (the one on the root directory, shown above.)

6- Unplug the N900 and open the X-Terminal

7- Type the following commands:

     sudo gain root                                           (enter)
     cd /home/user/MyDocs                             (enter)
     dpkg -i mobile-maps_8.1.6_armel.deb       (enter)
     perl modifica.pl                                         (enter)

Thats It! you should now be able to use the full version of mobile maps 10 whit the maps you choosed.

Overclock N900

Its possible today to overclock the Nokia N900 whit 5 options of Kernel: 600mhz, 700mhz, 750mhz, 800mhz e 900mhz. Its also possible to achieve over 1000 Mhz but for security reasons i only will explain how to go until 900 Mhz.
64 bits versions of Windows are not suported.

  To Overclock the N900 just follow EXACTLY the next steps:

1- Download and install on the PC the Maemo Flasher HERE;

2- Download the modified Kernel HERE, and unzip it to inside “C:\program files\maemo\flasher-3.5”;

3-Turn off the N900;

4-Press the "u" key and let it pressed while you conect the USB cable;

5- After the N900 screen Shows the Nokia logo and the usb symbol in the right corner you can release the "u" key;

6- Start the Maemo flasher 3.5 in the PC;

7- Write the comand flasher-3.5.exe -k zImage-XXXmhz -f -R (where the XXX its the number of the frequency you want to overclock, ex. 600, 700, 800 or 900);

8- Wait for the actualization be complete.

You can check the overclock whit Conky program available in the repository extras-devel.

In case you want to recover the original kernel just follow the tuturial from the begining and choose the 600 Mhz kernel.

Warning: Overclocking your Cpu can result in the decrease of the lifetime of the processor or damage. I take not responsability for the bad result of overclocking.

How to Hard Reset the N900 to the Factory Settings

        To reset the N900 to the factory settings the only way is to flash both the N900′s OS and the 32 GB mass memory. I will show you how to do this via Windows. (this as to be done on a 32 bit versions only).
Before we start, please note that this would be done using the command line interface, it may seem tricky but let me assure you that it is simply enough for anyone to accomplish.

• Download and install the latest version of Maemo Flasher (e.g. maemo_flasher-3.5_2.5.2.2.exe). Since this is a command line application you will see no shortcut on the desktop or in the Program Files option under the Start menu.

• Next, Download the latest firmware (.bin) file, it will look like “RX-51_xxxxx_ARM.bin”. You will need your IMEI  number to access the downloads, it can be found on the box or by going to Settings > General > About Product.

• Also download the Vanilla eMMC image (.bin file) from the same page. It will look like “RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin”

• Save both  to C:\ProgramFiles\maemo\flasher-3.5\. My suggestion is to rename them to something simple such as RX-51.bin for the firmware and R.bin for the eMMC, this will make typing the commands easier later on.

• Make sure that the battery is fully charged and switch off the device.

• Open the Command Prompt by going to Start then Run and type cmd, then press Enter.

• Change directory to the flasher’s program path by entering:

cd "C:\ProgramFiles\maemo\flasher-3.5"

• Connect the USB cable while holding the ‘u’ key on the N900. Within an instant you will see a USB icon on the top right corner of the N900. Now leave the ‘u’ key.

• Run the following command:

flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51.bin -f -R

• I typed RX-51.bin because I had renamed the file earlier, otherwise it would have been: (this was the name of the latest firmware, the name may vary after a new firmware comes out)

flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

• You will see text similar to the one below on your PC.

• The update will take about 3 minutes after which the N900 will reboot and display the Welcome screen with Regional settings.

The next step is to flash the Mass Storage or the eMMC. The first few steps are identical to the way you would flash the firmware. If you are following on from the above and already have the command prompt open, you can directly proceed to step number 3.

• Open the Command Prompt by going to Start then Run and type cmd, then press Enter.

• Change directory to the flasher’s program path by entering:

cd "C:\ProgramFiles\maemo\flasher-3.5"

• Connect the USB cable while holding the ‘u’ key on the N900. Within an instant you will see a USB icon on the top right corner of the N900. Now leave the ‘u’ key.

• Execute the following command:

flasher-3.5.exe -F R.bin -f -R

• I typed R.bin because I had renamed the file earlier, otherwise it would have been

flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

• You will see text similar to the one below on your PC.

• The flash will take around 1 minute after which the device will reboot.

• The bright Nokia screen will come up on the screen with the USB icon on the top right followed by progression dots with yellow LED blinking for a few seconds. The device will then turn off and go into charging mode with the yellow LED blinking (NOTE: If the device appears to reboot, unplug the cable.)

• Unplug cable and wait for device to turn off completely. You may hear a sound (punk) of the device turning off.

That’s it. You have now hard reset the N900 to the factory state. This procedure can be used to update the firmware on your device as well, if you wish you can leave formatting the eMMC if your intention is only to update the firmware. Please make sure that the battery on your N900 is completely charged, otherwise you might brick it.
